To place an order:

- Click CHECK OUT to choose payment method and enter payment details
We accept payments via Paypal and Stripe. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice and dispatch confirmation.
This term is to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Hoochie Mama aims to dispatch goods within 48 hours. Please allow up to 5 working days from notification of dispatch before reporting outstanding orders to Hoochie Mama. Hoochie Mama can not be held responsible for orders once they are in the hands of couriers.

You have up to 14 days (from the date of purchase or shipment date) to return any merchandise with which you are not satisfied. You must ship the item(s) back to us and it must return within 14 days.

Our team makes every effort to ensure that jewellery is accurately portrayed on the website. As a result of varying monitor sizes, we cannot show pieces at their actual size, but we do however try to give detailed measurements and descriptions of each product. Due to slight differences in appearance as a result of digital photographic reproduction or screen settings, it is difficult for us to guarantee a true representation of colours.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and materials published on it including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and audio or video files. They are protected by UK and international copyright laws.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal, informational, non-commercial internal use only.
You must not modify any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. You must not remove or alter any trademark, service mark or logo, or any copyright or other proprietary notices, in the case of printing, that reproduction is not done in large quantities (defined as ten or more copies of a particular image, description, or biography).
You must not use any part of the materials on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
All digital images contained in this website are owned or under license by Hoochie Mama and are available to any person for the express purpose of viewing the Site. No image or portion of any image may be reused without the express written consent of Hoochie Mama and the individual artist. All physical artworks are owned solely by the individual artists and are subject to international copyright laws. No artwork may be reproduced or replicated in part or in its totality without the express written consent of Hoochie Mama and the individual artist.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Our store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our site and what pages are being looked at.
Hoochie Mama strongly advises all parents and guardians to teach their children safe and responsible handling of personal data on the Internet. Minors should not transmit any personal data to the Hoochie Mama website without the permission of their parents or guardians. Hoochie Mama will never knowingly collect personal data from minors, or use it in any way, or disclose it to third parties without permission.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
